This billing department is so not right. I had surgery February 2024 and I am still getting a bill that my insurance company paid December 2024. I have reported them to Blue Cross Blue Shield and to the Ohio Board. I will see this through as I spent numerous hours communicating that they already received payment. If at all possible avoid this facility. Dr Priano is great but he needs to hire competent billers/coders.

The staff was great and my hip surgery was a relief. The pain I had walking in was gone when I walked out.
