Billing department is a disaster. I paid thousands of dollars the day of surgery and it was never billed to my insurance. To try to reach anyone by phone would take a miracle. It seems like the collection of money is of utmost priority and nothing else.
Super folks. Nice facility
This billing department is so not right. I had surgery February 2024 and I am still getting a bill that my insurance company paid December 2024. I have reported them to Blue Cross Blue Shield and to the Ohio Board. I will see this through as I spent numerous hours communicating that they already received payment. If at all possible avoid this facility. Dr Priano is great but he needs to hire competent billers/coders.
