This complex is not suitable for senior or affordable living. The large annual rent increase out pace one's annual income. Tenants sometimes are sometimes charged fees to have things repaired. The roach infestion is horrible!! You can actually see roaches walking in the hallways. The way the mangers talk to the tenants is downright shameful and unnecessary.
