I called Adam with Lancaster Roofing to inspect my roof for hail damage, he came out ASAP and found the damage. After that I contacted my agent to report the damage he had found. Adam met with the insurance adjuster on a Saturday and took care of everything. After Bid was submitted by the adjuster the insurance company wired me the money. Then Lancaster Roofing started the job of removing 43 square and reinstall it in 1 day. Communication was great, arrived when they said they would and cleaned the area where you didn’t even know they had been there. Thank you so much.

Josh was excellent to work with. He was quick to respond and his crews took care of us quickly when we had a siding issue right after a storm. We were in a bind and they came through. Highly highly recommend working with them!

This company completely failed to honor their 1-year warranty. After reporting issues, I followed up multiple times over several months.They never showed up. There has been zero accountability and no communication unless I reached out first. It has now been nearly a year, and the issues remain unresolved.
