A number of years ago, Dr. Smith operated on my bunion and hammer toe next to the big toe. I experienced a dull pain and random sharp pain in the hammer toe for over a year. He offered to re-operate, but I got a second opinion who warned me not to re-open it. He also never warned me that the hammer toe operation would shortened the toe. When running or jogging that shortening causes discomfort and toenail problems in the toe next to it, because it jams into the front of the sneaker. Dr. Smith took care of both of my ingrown toenails with such a precision and professionalism. I’d recommend him to everyone. 10 stars!!!!!
The staff was nice. Dr. Smith was rude and disrespectful. After hearing good things I was confident about being here originally. From the moment I walked in until I left he was extremely disrespectful and it made me feel uncomfortable. He raised his voice, scoffed and rolled his eyes numerous times. Accused me of making up why I was there. He would ask what was going on or if I felt any pain. Once I would go to talk he would get annoyed and cut me off.
