Not parent friendly. My kids did not like dentist visits with her. Not very kid friendly bedside manner. Mom wrote down specific concerns on form filled out before dentist saw my children and they were never addressed by dentist or the staff. After the first visit, I never spoke Dr Kirkland at the visit. A staff member came out to give a summary.

Our first appointment was with our older children (age 13 & 15) last week. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable in the office. Our second visit was today with our younger children (age 2 & 4). This was our 2 year old's first visit to a dentist. Our 4 year old has been, but has never been able to be examined. Hillary was absolutely AMAZING with my children. I was anxious for them all morning, and I left there with tears of joy in my eyes! THANK YOU!!!
