Tried turning me away before I even checked in. Then a ** and nurse come talk to me in an open lobby!! Never took me in an office. Refused to see me after being sent from ER. ** looks at xrays again and comes to tell me in the lobby i need surgery. No privacy. No compassion

My daughter was told she needed an orthotic -which we paid for. Then went to follow up appointment-checked in snd paid copay to hear 5 min later the P.A.wasn’t in and to reschedule in 2 weeks. This is now beginning of Pandemic. That appointment was cancelled. Finally 2.5 months later she gets an appointment with the doctor not the P.A. (& they tell her they don’t see our copay credit😳. lousy customer service and unprofessional to say the least .

I have had 25ish surgeries. Most recently my RT hip replacement 2 weeks ago. Dr Zartman and Dr Long did a fantastic job. Other surgeons that are amazing are Dr Oliveri, Dr Renz, Dr Dragann( 15 surgeries or so. He and Tracy are awesome) and Dr Tuchman. For the last 13 years (including Orthopedic Consultant), the office staff has just been courteous and kind and compassionate with all that I’ve been through. Thank you LOG
The doctor was great, however they now use a copy service to do their paperwork, so to get FMLA paperwork completed to return to work we had to pay $30 and wait over a week for something that should have taken the doctor 5 minutes to complete. Didn't we pay enough for the surgery that we now have to pay to be able to return to work?
My daughter was casted April 3rd 2017. We were billed for the casting and a shoe that fell apart less then a week into having it on. I sewed the boot myself to fix it. At her next appointment I took my bill in and paid for the casting portion. The billing office came out collected her boot and told me they would take the additional amount for the boot off the bill.
