Came in just for a filling, the lady began to be rude once I asked her nicely to fix and file the acrylic overhang on my nails. She completely refused and said she wasn't done, which in fact she was done she was just painting my nails. I will contact the board of cosmetology. To report for failure to post everyone's license and for failure to do acrylic nails properly. I was being nice and the lady kept on talking a foreign language and refused to clean up her mess. If I cold give zero stars I would, I went in for a pedicure and that was great but the moment she started “applying” the gel polish I knew it was gonna be off, she was not letting the gel properly cure, I had my appointment at 4:17pm and by 8pm after a SHOWER the gel polish had just peeled up. I went in asking for a refund and they did not want to help me, they actually ignored me and walked away, there are no signs posted that all sales final, there needs to be a sign. So I always get me one foot done and the owner was very rude for this to be my first time was very bad experience when you supposed to get your nails cut after they out of water not after I paid my money and you had paint them and she only did them when I ask her to then give me an attitude sometimes you just have to own up to your mistake I will just keep going down to la where I have been going was just trying someone up where I stay and boy did I make a mistake never again
