I've been going to Lancaster Nails since I was younger, with my mother or my grandma. Lisa and the team have always taken excellent care of my family and I, and still do. They're very accommodating and work professionally and with kindness! Their pricing is pretty great too! The salon is well decorated and kept very clean. Overall, it's a wonderful environment and very relaxing. Definitely recommend stopping by.
got my nails done less than a week ago and three of them already popped off and they said that they’re gonna charge me $15 to fix them when I already paid 55 for a full set absolutely ridiculous won’t be going back even though I was a great customer and have been going there for years
Wonderful pedicure. She removed all the calluses, made my misshapen nail look normal.
Came in just for a filling, the lady began to be rude once I asked her nicely to fix and file the acrylic overhang on my nails. She completely refused and said she wasn't done, which in fact she was done she was just painting my nails. I will contact the board of cosmetology. To report for failure to post everyone's license and for failure to do acrylic nails properly. I was being nice and the lady kept on talking a foreign language and refused to clean up her mess. If I cold give zero stars I would, I went in for a pedicure and that was great but the moment she started “applying” the gel polish I knew it was gonna be off, she was not letting the gel properly cure, I had my appointment at 4:17pm and by 8pm after a SHOWER the gel polish had just peeled up. I went in asking for a refund and they did not want to help me, they actually ignored me and walked away, there are no signs posted that all sales final, there needs to be a sign.
