First-if you get Joyce, turn around and walk out. Myself and my daughters went in on a whim on day to get basic pedis. I've had many pedi's before and the always last, I don't get the gel polish on my toes. Joyce immediately tried to upsell us and I politely declined. After that, she could not be bothered with us.
