I brought my family here the dentist was very gentle and detailed. Mallory was kind enough to help me and my family with our co pays and create an affordable payment plan that worked for me. I will continue to bring my family here. Brenda was very kind and took care of my daughters.
I’ve been coming to Lancaster Modern Dentistry for a few years now and i absolutely love the office manager Mallory. She is always so sweet and helpful. Explains all my treatment and the Drs here are gentle and sweet! The front and back staff make my family and I feel like family. I would recommend everyone I know to come here for all their dental needs.
First time here and I must say everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Mallory did an amazing job at explaining my dental treatment plan. I work for Lockheed and I will be recommending all my co workers to come here for all their dental needs. Dr Ortega will forever be my dentist!
Dr Ortega and staff are very professional and show great concern for patient care. My experience in the office has been spectacular! All my treatment was explained to me and Mallory was excellent with explaining all my cost and provided all I needed.
You better not have an emergency because they can’t help you. I called in severe pain and it was 5 days before I could get an appointment. The front desk is not helpful and argumentative. My husband always gets the first appointment of the day because he has to go to work. He will be waiting an hour for his appointment with excuses like there was an emergency before you or the doctor isn’t scheduled in yet. This place is too frustrating. Im changing after today. It’s benfits sign up time next week.
