Let me start off by saying......I really dislike the dentist. However, I can not be more grateful that this office has wonderful people. They made me feel as comfortable as I could. They went above and beyond to help us as much as they could with our financials. Alicia, we truly appreciate all you did for us. I owe you some Starbucks! Dr. Ortega was also very helpful; he answered my questions without making me feel like it was an inconvenience for him. I definitely recommend them!
My husband needed a new lower partial. We were told that our insurance only covered a certain amount and our co-pay would be $1393. Wethen paid it. I didnt think it was right so when I got home. I called our insurance and they said the co-pay is $395 for a lower partial. I then looked at all of the other charges from this dental office and they have always overcharged us. They never go by the co-pays in our insurance plan. I am sure they are doing it to every other patient as well. They really need to be investigated. I want... read more
