Well it was the worst ever.i was set up and lied to.i told the sale manager melissa that I'f the numbers are right we will have a deal in sale.but if not I'm keeping my car.i told her no rollover from my v.w to the next loan..she said she will take care of me...she than said the rebates took care of the negative..in the office with Brain I asked is there a rollover. I had a Groupon coupon for a $16 inspection for my son's car. I told them when I took it in that I was concerned they would find a lot of things "wrong" with his car because I was using a coupon. They assured me they are fair and honest. We were told it would take 1 1/2 hours. That's a long time for an inspection. We came back after 1 1/2 hours and it was still on the lift. bought 2013 used Chevy Malibu, was told I get free oil changes, free state inspection, and free car washes for the length I own the car. took car in for state inspection twice since I own the car and both times the bill was over three hundred dollars, with them claiming certain items were bad and had to be replaced, when I asked to see the bad parts, I was told that they had to turn them into the parts dealer, and no longer had my bad parts. sorry, but, I do not believe them and I no longer trust them as a repair shop. when ... read more

Last year my vehicle failed inspection due to the rear window brake light being out. I came home and immediately removed the brake light assembly to find the snap in plug was not connected. I snapped the connector back on and the lights worked. I called them and they said it was an additional $17.50 to re-inspect the vehicle. NO WAY that plug could have come off by itself! It's a SNAP connector! Today 7/22/2016, same vehicle back again giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the plug did fall off last year. I get a c... read more

Had appointment at 7 left car off night before never work on the car called told them see if it done she said 5 told her picking up at 1 work 2 nd shift they had it about and put it back without doing anything was in for recall do not waste your time at this place

I would've chose a 0 if I could. Do not waste your time here buying a car. These people could care less about you once you sign the paperwork. When calling in to schedule appointments you are talked to like trash and hungup on . These people have no concern about you or your car so please to God go somewhere else

After purchasing my '09 Eclipse in Delaware, I took it to Lancaster Mitsubishi to have fog lights installed and to be inspected for PA. Have since been back for one small unrelated issue. This dealership goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and secure in knowing that they're extremely competent and fair to deal with. They are now my home dealership and I would most definitely recommend them for their great service and people skills!
