We had a water heater go out and after putting in a work order, they responded quickly. Meagan and Sy were professional, definitely knew what they were doing and fast! We had a problem with NO HOT WATER, OH NO! We put in a work order and no sooner did my boyfriend say, "I wonder how long it will take them to respond?"... and there was a knock on the door! Meagan and Sy were so wonderful, fast, pleasant and still very professional! We had a wonderful chat while they worked hard to get the old water heater out and the new one in! We are very impressed with their work ethics and knowledge! Thank you, Meagan, and Sy for a job well done! Patty and Mike
Way too expensive for what they offer. No privacy, other residents walk right up to your back porch, homeless people walk around all hours if you live on epic way. The pool and the maintenance team are the only positives I can honestly think of.
