Negative stars if I could for the staff that works there and the doctor. Absolutely no compassion for patients, go somewhere else, avoid this doctor and their dumb receptionists. Its like talking to a wall when trying to explain something to their receptionists. Avoid this place
Receptionstaff are rude and unprofessional. Been going here 11 years and whoever was working tonight was beyond anything I've ever seen. They canceled our appt yesterday, rebooked the next day, called and tried to rebook that one when I said I couldn't I got hung up on mid convo, tried to attend the appt because of traffic (I live In casselman) I was 10 mins late, I tried calling many times with no answer and phones being off saying the clinic was closed, despite Google saying they were open for another hour, I called the ot... read more

Very difficult to reach - don't answer the phones!
Really appreciate the staff and doctors at this clinic. I've seen Dr. Strike for 10+ years and I'm very happy that she is my doctor.
