We ordered our mattress on Sept. 8th and it was a pretty pleasant experience. The young man that helped us out was a very pleasant fellow.. He was very helpful in explaining the different types and varieties of mattress's available and was able to explain which were the best choice for someone with back problems...can't wait for it to be delivered and try it out..
Dave is extremely knowledgeable of the products sold. He asked the right questions and gave us honest answers, We are very comfortable with our purchase. The installation team was efficient, clean and very friendly. Truly worthwhile to shop at Lancaster Mattress.
