Rooms are comfortable enough but public spaces are looking a bit worn and meeting rooms are overly cold, despite complaints to staff.
Stayed here for two nights for a wedding and had an extremely disappointing stay. The rooms here in general are older and seem to be in very poor condition, and the service, specifically the frontdesk, was worse and failed to execute anything asked of them The bathroom door in this hotel are sliding doors, and ours would not stay closed completely, which was extremely problematic since we had two couples sharing a room.
