Booked for a competition, which means all reservation adjustments have to be made through the hotel and not central booking. Someone at the hotel incorrectly adjusted my booking, and upon catching their mistake, the hotel now refuses to fix the problem they created. The manager was incredibly condescending and unhelpful. I have never before experienced a Marriott hotel that was so out of line with the brand values.
Strange. A great location and well apportioned hotel whose front desk staff cannot find explanation for unattended and locked down “m club” services for bonvoy elite memberships - despite marketing them as open and even saying the same to my face at the front desk - zero service
I was fine with this hotel until hearing the loud thumping music from the nightclub next door. It’s impossible to sleep. Friday night at midnight and still going strong.
