RecommendedMy father is currently doing rehab for a hip fracture. The care is great and the staff are kind to him and our entire family. It’s nice to have one less worry when experiencing a stressful life event. Thanks to the entire staff, we appreciate all that you do.
My husband has been here for about a month. Nurses and or aides check on him every 30 minutes or so. Call light is answered within 5-10inutes. He is well cared for here.
I don't mind coming here to work....everyone is very helpful...and I'm agency staff....so far the nights have been awsome.....10:30-6:30 shift.....
Absolutely terrible! They have treated my grandma terrible and I have seen it with my own eyes several times. There is only a small amount of nurses that are nice there but most of them need to pull their heads out there ass. Don't take your family members here. I swear that they are purposely trying to neglect and kill my grandma.

I stayed there after my heart attack. When it was time to go home they had lost my keys.
We absolutely love it at Lancaster Manor! The staff there are like family to us. They treat our family member as if they were one of their own. From the moment we walked into the door, we were welcomed with open arms. The beginning was very scary for us as we didn't know what to expect. However, within the first few days, we knew we were at the right place! Thank you Lancaster Manor for loving our Family!�
