Downright rude service... if you can call it that! I received horrible and downright rude service at Lancaster Kia. Because the dealership from which I got my car has since gone out of business, I figured I would have my car serviced at the only Kia dealership around. Why are they all so mean? – I did not purchase my car at Kia of Lancaster, but i did choose to service my car here since it was still covered under warranty. It started with me calling to inquire information about dropping my car off. The man that took my call was very rude and unprofessonal, I was asking questions about the warranty and the whole process for I have never done this before, and he responded unkindly to me.
