My opinion is he does a good job
We found Mr. Lancaster to be very knowledgable and detailed in both his work and his report. He provided wonderful photographs that documented items of concern. Our experience with Mr. Lancaster was both professional and stress free. We would highly recommend his inspection services to any buyer wanting to assure they receive thorough and dependable information before making a home purchase.
Kenneth Lancaster is one of the most professional home inspectors in the Washington, NC, Beaufort County area. I am a Realtor in this area and have been using Mr. Lancaster for years for pre-home inspections as well as regular home inspections. He is totally experienced and knows what he is doing. He goes by the book and lets your Buyers know if they need to get seek a professional for further investigation. If I was selling my personal home - I would use Kenneth Lancaster!!!
