Stunningly Incompetent Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. As an interior designer, Keffie Lancaster was utterly unprofessional, completely incompetent, never once met a deadline, and didn’t display even a modicum of customer service. I would give zero stars, if I could. I contacted Lancaster back in May and had a consultation with Keffie for some window treatments and wall coverings. She asked for $1000 and promptly cashed the check. Nearly 3 months have gone by and I haven't heard a peep. When I reached out a month ago I was told "I was out of town with a virus", and was promised an email quote that same day and a box of samples.
