Scheduled an almost $800 service visit two weeks before my appointment date. On the day of the appointment I am informed that they cannot get the serpentine belt needed to complete the service. I find it hard to believe that in two weeks time they couldn’t get the correct belt. It looks like no one cared to look in advance to make sure they had the parts needed on time.
