I have been shopping for a new Honda Goldwing for a couple months. Talked to several dealers, but wasn't happy with the feeling of customer service I was getting. My wife called Honda Of Lancaster, without my knowledge and made an appointment there to see a bike. This dealership is 2.5 hours away from where we live. See convinced me to make the trip and I was so glad I did. they held the bike for me (without the $1,000 deposit other dealers demanded) . got there at 11 am and they closed at 2PM. Very friendly and knowledgeable on ALL of their products! People sayIm crazy for. going that far for new. Goldwing! I thought also but when. I arrived and met Kevin it was surely worth the trip! I am excited to get my New 2020 Wing!
I sat out to buy a bike went to several shops and ended up here and was in the store 10 min looking at the new Goldwings Kevin approached us and the rest is history, he spent the time to explain the design, features and details of the 2018, I was not a easy sell but he got the 2018 ready to test drive and wife and I did was gone 15 min came back and said sold. Got a flat tire on my BMW while on a road trip. Called several other Motorcycle Shops in the area to no avail. It was a Monday and most shops were either closed or would not touch my bike. Service Dept. at Lancaster Honda was able to help! I arrived late in the afternoon but they dropped what they were doing to get me in for a tire replacement and got me back on the road within a short time. The rest of my trip was trouble-free and memorable. Great shop and great service!
