Bough a home from this builder, however, the water doesn't run property contacted them, they said " we going to charge you $2,000, and we do not know what we need to do yet! .. I was shock when they told me that on the phone. Stayed far a way from these guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this builder at all costs. If you are in Lancaster area, stay away from the new development they will be starting in the next year or 2. I wanted to write a review of our experience with Joe Nadu and his son Joe. We are coming up on one year in our house they built for us in Bethany Beach. We could not be happier! The house is well built and the design is great. At this one year anniversary I am having a hard time thinking of what they need to touch up in the house. There are only very minor issues. We had LHB build a house for us in Lancaster, PA. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will cut corners anywhere they can. They will screw you over in a second. Joe Nadu is the shadiest and greediest person when it comes to money. It was a non stop fight with them over the simplest things. Their quality of work is not even average. They don't clean up after themselves. They can't paint. They don't know how to do dry wall. Here is a list of things we had to have them come back and fix multiple times.... ... read more
