DO NOT MOVE HERE IN 2026! Lord knows these are trying times. Which is all the more reason to read every review before moving in to a new apartment complex. i can't speak to the future but I can speak to the present and past. I am exhausted by Lancaster Heights and Princeton Property Management. The maintenance crew is underpaid, understaffed and under qualified. They need to retire. Sigh.. Alright. Final update because I. Am. Tired. Unless there is dramatic change, this is my final review. **2bd** floods regularly due to poor plumbing and old, patched up buildings. In unit washer and dryer are too expensive, fail regularly and flood the drains. Neighbor's making upstairs will leak into your apartment. **3bd** air-conditioning is under powered and BREAKS REGULARLY. They *WILL* gaslight you over the AC. Don’t move here!! My friend moved here in April. Was told the air conditioning isn’t working but will be fixed soon. It’s the end of June and it’s still not fixed. It’s unbearably hot in his apartment. The owners have no care in the world for the people that live here. They just want your money. He’s been paying full price for rent in a hot apartment.
I've lived at Lancaster Heights for a little over two years in both a one-bedroom and two-bedroom. The office personnel and maintenance workers are kind, approachable, and relatively attentive. It's also extremely easy to make your rent payments via their online portal. I've made great use of the dog park and pool, and the complex is great for families with children.
