Management has very poor communication skills, apartments are extremely low quality for the cost, especially one and two bedroom apartments. The community smokes a LOT around the housing, if you have asthma or lung other conditions/vulnerabilities it will be a problem. If you are poor and struggling, look elsewhere. If life gives you a hard time, or you have mental disorders or physical disabilities but can't for any reason be on gov't disability, look elsewhere. (THIS WAS TAKEN DOWN REPOSTING) Let me start off by saying I've lived all over the US and these places are the worst condition I have ever seen or lived at! I have been here for two years. Mold, rotting wood, old everything that's barely holding together. Look at the pictures! Amy and Dallas are great to work with and always have a hello and happy face. The maintenance crew are top notch and very professional!! Have lived at Lancaster Heights for 3 1/2 years.
Lancaster Heights is still affordable at a time when finding affordable housing is becoming difficult. The location is great. My apt. suits me fine. Kitchen is small but lots of cabinets and several drawers. Love that apt. has coat closet and linen closet . Don't know what I would do without the walk-in closet.
