I want to be clear that I am not speaking of the Urgent care facility. I was only speaking of the main LGH building. Sorry about that. No problem with Urgent Care.
I usually have dealt with Kevin at this facility who usually draws my blood. There was a line at the counter this morning and a woman with a scowl on her face came walking out slowly to help relieve Kevin since there were so many people in line. The woman's name is Lisa. She was totally miserable with me, and I will never go to that location again! The woman at County Line SGH (in Gap) was super nice and extremely helpful! I will Never go to this location again - Ever!
They should be legally required to take the word "Urgent" out of their title.The initial treatment for severe strep throat was ok, sent me on my way with a script for antibiotics. However when i called back when they opened next morning begging for a pain relief prescription until the antibiotics kicked in as I couldn't even swallow let alone eat or drink, they said they were just too busy i would have to wait, 4 hours later nothing. i ended up at Paoli hospital ER on a morphine drip. 24 hours later they responded.
