Best thing is they did push for my mom to go to the ER due to her condition (which turned out to be necessary). She was self pay which was $175.
Other than I waited mire than an hour in the exam room and only like 15 monutes in wwiting room. Staff are friendly though.
We were taken care of very well. The facility is too small. The waiting room is cramped. I will consider going to another LG Urgent Care that has more space next time.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Penn Medicine LG Health Urgent Care on Duke Street. We came in after a stressful sports accident involving an open, bleeding eyebrow laceration and an alarming 'poking' sensation in the eye. From start to finish, Dr. Natalie and Nurse Cindy provided absolutely outstanding, patient-centered care.
