Just a reminder to everyone not to use these people for PT. They charge a ton for information that is free and easily available. Other PT clinics charge less.. My second bill is below. Insurance did not cover anything.
Absolutely avoid this place. I was charged $523 for 1 appointment. Insurnace only covered $118. See charges in the photo. This is highway robbery and a waste of time. I was given exercises and stretches that you can find anywhere (Youtube, google, social media, etc.,). Ask them what they charge before agreeing to services and find out what your insurnace will cover ahead of time. If I would have known it cost me that much I would have never agreed in the first place. Would not recommend anyone going there. Good luck.
PT has not been answering their scheduling phone. was told a month ago someone would call me to schedule. no one called so I called them but no one answered the phone. left a voicemail. still no one called me back. what’s going on???
