Absolutely terrible customer service and care. Go here if you simply want to pay your copay and be treated like a number. Besides 2 doctors, I wouldn’t recommend the FMC to anyone and their nursing and admin staff is unprofessional at times and never seems to want to help you. Next…

Click on the photos if needed, but trying to deny me because I have a psychiatric service dog IS ILLEGAL. Per the ADA, You cannot ask for paperwork about the service dog either!!

I visited this facility for COVID and strep throat testing and provided my insurance card at the time of service. However, I later found out that my insurance was not accepted, and I had to pay the full bill out of pocket. It’s unbelievable that this facility operates this way without clearly informing patients in advance about their insurance policies. This lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment for blood work first thing in the morning and numerous people without appointments came in and were called back before I was. Staff was rude and dismissive when I asked about it because my order said the blood should be collected at a specific time. Not sure why I even made an appointment when I waited 30 minutes and people without appointments were in and out in the time I sat there.
