Had to do a test for my doctor & it wasn’t bad. I enjoy Penn Medicine.
highly recommend that this office no longer puts Dr. Zimmerman on as the on call doctor after hours. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE. Gave me attitude for calling the nurse line for something that’s not an emergency. Nurse lines are not only for emergencies. I would like to submit a formal complaint about this. I have NUMEROUS chronic illnesses ON TOP of what I was calling about. Not the only issue i’ve had with this practice either. Please train your doctors to treat people with KINDNESS.
