The pavilion has many doctor's offices and the urgent care. The traffic coming in is a little hectic but things get moving.
I went into the LGH Downtown Pavilion for my first ever mammogram today which isn't fun obviously, a woman named Maria did my procedure and I cannot thank her enough she was so kind, compassionate, and caring she made me feel comfortable during a pretty awkward, stressful, and exposing exam. She radiated positively, putting my mind at ease. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Urgent care doctors are nice. Desk staff need more beside manners and kindness . Especially working in the health environment wouldn’t hurt to have compassion for others .
