Urgent care doctors are nice. Desk staff need more beside manners and kindness . Especially working in the health environment wouldn’t hurt to have compassion for others .

Bad service, rude workers. Barely answers phone when it's clearly open. Always says call back 5 min later, which is never the case.. most times I wait 1-2 hours and still they don't answer. Just inconvenient and unprofessional.
Got here first and the Spanish lady employees moved whoever they thought was first to the front of the line even tho I was standing there first. Don’t bother coming early. They also had a student present without my permission.
