Everything went very smoothly and in time Very professional team
It started out Rocky as I had to be reschedule for the next day. However, somethings are meant to be. I had the best staff. When I arrived for my visit check In was easy. Then I was greeted by the kindest nurse named Amanda. She made all things fantastic. Great bedside manner and super informative. The whole team was nice and knowledgeable. The procedure went smooth. Everyone was very pleasant before, during, and after the procedure. However, later in the day, when I was home my face and neck broke out in hives and my right eye was swollen. The next day I called and told someone about it. They said they would let the doctor know. I did get a call back but was unable to take it because I was at work. I called back and left a message saying I was returning their call. Never got another call. I’m fine now but it would be good to know for future reference what may have caused that reaction.
Had endoscopy procedure without complications. Staff RN April wonderful, expert IV insert. Dr. Chapman visited pre and post procedure. Facility top notch.
