The process was easy and they made me feel at ease. However, they will not send me or my PCP the results. I see the reports on the patient portal but they were supposed to send a letter describing what they found in layman's terms. I called and had a nurse explain the results (fortunately they were good) but for some reason they will not do any more than that even though they said they will. I forwarded my PCP the results myself. I posted a message on the portal asking for the letter and received no response.

This review is mixed, because even though I had a good experience with some of the employees, the procedure did not work. First, the front desk worker was slow and seemed like she hates her job. Second, the employees in the back were fun, friendly, and always positive. Third, I had the banding procedure done. I was never told in the beginning that there is a 25% chance that it might not work, or I would have skipped it. This is a dual review -- clerical staff 👎🏼 versus medical staff 👍🏼 -- so please excuse the length. My initial interaction with the office staff was not good. I was initially told I would be sent information on colonoscopy preparation. Two weeks before the procedure, I still had nothing. I called and was told I would receive an email with instructions.
