I’ve been a client of Joyce Tafel Bertschinger for awhile, now, and when I heard she was relocating her Massage Practice from Mount Joy, I was concerned! Dr. Keyvani delivered my son 14 years ago and is the most amazing, kind, professional and dedicated Doctor I've ever been seen by. She did what was best for Justin and I, not what everyone else would've done. She acted on my behalf and my son's. She puts you at ease, listens to your comments and proceeds with love and care! I highly recommend her to anyone! You would be lucky to have her as your Doctor!

When CVS on Lititz pike failed to fill my script twice in two weeks ( but probably for the hundred time; not just from GALS, but from each and every doctor I've ever had call/fax in a script), GALS called me back early on a Monday morning and helped me get it filled within an hour at a different pharmacy. The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone, Cassidy, even called me back to let me know she had called them and gave me the name of the pharmacy tech she spoke to. This doctors office is a fucking joke. They told me for five months that they couldn't give me birth control. Finally they realised that they were being extremely ignorant and gave me the birth control. Now they're hounding me for money. I think im gonna wait five months to pay them and see how they like it.
