I go to this place regularly and there's only been one time I had to wait and that time I waited about 8 hrs. I've come to learn that it depends on what you have on the trailer as to how quick u get unloaded. So if u don't wanna wait haul stuff that doesn't have a long shelf life per say!!!
Same experience as everyone. Checked in at 5 am because I was 5 min late at the night but waited until almost 7 pm to get unloaded.. they gave me a door at 9 am. The workers move very slow and act as if they are forced to be there.
Do not go here. You will lose money. Idiot Capstone service, idiot Lancaster Food people. 8 to 10 hours to unload. Period. We should all boycotted this place.
Worst place I have ever delivered to. Waiting is the hardest part. Everybody's walkiing around with their thumbs up their ass! Nobody knows what to do. Why do they have lumpers?
