13 hours just to get a door to unload is pathetic
Truck driver be ware you will set here and die waiting on these folks to get you empty and rolling it took em 3 hrs to start unloading me an hour to unload me and I’ve been waiting 3 hrs for my paperwork
I would advise all independent drivers to never bring a load into this place. They have no regard for a driver's time. You have been warned. Google the reviews if you think I'm lying. my 1st and last time my truck will touch these grounds
poor logistics policy. absolutely crap communication with truck driver's. or just flat out lie to em. ought to be charged 200$ an hour after first 3hours. took 27min to load the 🍈 and 8.5hrs to unload. blind leading the blind.....
appointment time 6am, got door right away but didn't start unloading until 10am...only had 10 pallets. finished up at 215pm

Do not come here. And if you do come hours earlier than you normally would. Been waiting for over 90 minutes for just a couple boxes of stuff which should only be an in and out thing.
They suck for real.... Waited all day to get unloaded yesterday the assholes
Took them 24 hours to unload melons. That's beyond ridiculous. I won't be going back, that's for sure!
