I went into the office for a weight loss shot had to pay $60 then was told I couldn’t get the shot nor did I get my money back. I was told the money would go right back into my account three months later I’m still fighting to get that money back. Then I’m informed the $60 went for a nutrition appointment that I did not authorize where someone called me on the phone and asked me how things were going. I have been shifted from one person to the other with absolutely no assistance.
Christina Callahan added an antidepressant to my medication regimen. When I called to tell her I was experiencing symptoms of serotonin syndrome she said she would call in a new antidepressant but failed to. When I called the next day after a night of terror to speak with her, the receptionist kept talking over me when I was terrified I was in medical danger and no one would even speak to me about concerns. The behavior of the professionals here are horrifically irresponsible and dangerous.
Great clinic! Friendly staff and great providers. Alaina Nevels goes above and beyond for her patients and is such a kind soul! Would highly recommend her.
I’m only leaving a one star because that’s the only way I can leave a review about the truth! I would never recommend this place to anyone for health care because if you have been diagnosed by one of there doctors as being bipolar and manic depressive with severe anxiety and depression and you have been told to call anytime you need to talk to your psychiatrist they will let you keep having severe anxiety attacks and not let you talk to your phycitrist or physician knowing that a person with these types of mental illnesses d... read more
I felt genuinely heard and respected. She listened without judgement, took her time and made me feel safe. I'd recommend her to anyone with a trauma history or traumatic disorder.
