Took my durango in for oil change and diagnostics for a noise with start up. They did an oil change and software update and acted like it was fine. The noise continued. I also had to drive back into the shop because they didn't put my glovebox back on correctly after fixing some wiring to my headlight. My durango proceeds to then completely break down not even 3 weeks after there "service" resulting in needing a tow. Terrible service!! Robbed me for damn near 200$ for them to tell me the same thing I told them when dropping the vehicle off. For there so called diagnostics the numbers they gave me weren’t even the right rating for my battery in my vehicle. They were also very rude “good luck finding anyone to look at it without a battery” yeah real nice customer service. I have bought many new cars and trucks. But this was the first one from Bergey's. I have to say I was very pleased with the way things went. My salesman Rafael was great.
