service was not good at all, no one smiled, no one greeted us.
I've had their cupcakes several times now and can't wait for more. They're so good!!!
In the past couple months we've needed cupcakes for two birthdays and for a family event. The cupcakes were outstanding each time. Red Velvet and Strawberry Champagne are a favorite, oh and let's not forget the Hibiscus Mango ❤️ I've been to the Park City, Orange St, and Mountville location and have been pleased each time with the customer service and consistently delicious cupcakes. Wish I could share the pictures to prove just how much we all love it. So yummy! I did check in to Lancaster Cupcake when I posted the pictures. My 3yr old asks for the pink one w/the flower (strawberry champagne). We enjoyed the flavors of the month as well pineapple paradise & especially hibiscus mango. I enjoyed the mocha as well. The cupcakes were great but their customer service is lacking. We ordered 50 cupcakes for my daughter's 1st birthday. We live in Landisville and requested to pick our order up at their Mountville location. The day of her party we stopped by to pick our order up and our cupcakes were not there. The only explanation that was given was that they had been transfered to Orange Steet that morning. No apology was given, not even after I asked how that was even possible. My favorite bake shop of all time. The only thing i hate is its such a long drive for me, but so worth it. I have to walk out with multiple flavors of cupcakes everytime.
