I have loved learning from Dr. Boyer and her posts about practical, sensible and real ways to live a healthy lifestyle. I am always trying to find better ways to improve my own health and the health of my family. Dr. Boyer has wonderful information to share, great recipes to try and offers tremendous learning opportunities for anyone interested in making healthier lifestyle choices!

I've had back problems on and off for years. Dr Boyer recommended a video workout ( back pain relief for life) It works. I do the work out 3 times a week and after 6 months my back is strong and almost pain free.
The most amazing health experience ! Without a doubt : professional, educational, warm and welcoming , safe and refreshing ! Can't wait for my next appt !
