Just pulled off this lot. I called and told Gary I was coming to look at a truck. He said he would get it ready for me. I told him I lived an hour away and I was just getting my new born son ready to leave. I got about 3 minutes away and he called asking where I was. Told him I was pulling in. He said there is someone else here now looking at the truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They screwed up my wheel alignment, than lied and told me everything was fine with the front end of my car despite the fact the printout I received said that the front end was even more out of alignment than when it was brought in. I was told they purposely put the alignment out of spec. because it helps tire wear. 6 Weeks later when the tires were totally ruined they denied they ever said it and called me a liar and delusional. Thinking of going to small claims court.
