This management takes advantage of college students. They will charge you ridiculous fees at the end of the year to keep your deposit. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I wish we could resign here! I lived in the dorms for two years and then my three friends and I signed a lease for Lancaster. There was no hesitation. The processes was super easy. We were able to tour, see the entire building, and the management was very nice. My favorite part about living here was how management cared for their tenants. During finals week, they had water and food for us for a few days. On holidays, they always had something cute in the lobby for us. I loved living here at Lancaster. It’s a great location and really nice apartment. Management was always willing to help you out and meet your needs, they even provided us with snacks during special weeks/weekends. I loved having my own balcony that gave a great view of Champaign. It has an unit washer and dryer with great storage space which was exactly what we were looking for! There’s also a rooftop that you can rent out and connect to their speakers which was great when the weather was nice. Would recommend living here!
I would absolutely recommend Lancaster to anyone looking for an updated space, near campus, and that is very affordable. Management has been nothing but helpful with any questions that come up. It's just a short walk to the quad, nightlife, and all the great restaurants on Green St. Its the perfect apartment for any undergraduate or grad student!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Lancaster this year. Some of the things I like most about the apartment is that is has a balcony, a washer and dryer in unit, spacious bathrooms with double sinks, and modern furnishing including a TV. There’s a great maintenance staff that comes to fix whatever needed in a timely manner. The staff is really nice and even provides us with snacks and treats during finals and holidays.
