My AC had quit running, I was able to get an American on the phone in minutes, and a service tech was assigned to me just as quickly. Michael arrived at my house within the hour, was exceedingly knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with, and had my problem solved in hardly any time at all. I didn't have an opinion on who to call for my HVAC needs before, but I do now.

Michael and his team are a pleasure to work with and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs fast, reliable service. He was the only company in our area that I could find that knew about boilers. He serviced the boiler and also came back to help us learn how to use it properly. Give them a call! We've been getting five star service from Lancaire ever since they installed our new Lennox heat pump three years ago. No problems, we have a service contract. We have preventive maintenance twice a year, every spring and fall. This heat pump is remarkably quiet. Eli just checked our unit and assured us we are good to go for the coming winter. All the technicians are knowledgeable, on time and friendly. We recommend Lancaire to everyone.
