If I could give 0 stars, I would. Lanaya Smith initially diagnosed me with Hashimoto's disease after ordering the appropriate lab work. A few months later, I still wasn't feeling well, so I requested additional blood work because I felt something was being missed. I was told it was too soon and that no further testing was necessary. Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with any doctors office. I spent all day on the phone trying to get all my referrals sent over and called the office to verify that everything was sent over couldn’t get a human being on the phone. I called four times. I waited six months for this appointment was referred by my cardiologist because my mom died of a spontaneous coronary artery dissection and wanted to make sure that I don’t have the same problem.
