Took my money, did a bit of work about 5 months later that was totally unsatisfactory. Kept using the weather as a reason he couldn't do the work. It's now been more than a year since he took a hefty down payment. Has not responded to my inquiries. If I could give less than a star, I would.
I was pleased with Lanaville's gutter cleaning service last year, so, after hearing how knowledgeable the owner is about decks and wood in general, I decided to move forward on a major overhaul of my deck this year. I know my deck is far from the largest project that Lanaville was tackling during very rainy spring weather, but he gave it the full attention that he would have given to a deck attached to a mansion.
