Lanark Village provides quality service, each staff member of staff are friendly and quick to lend a helping hand when needed. They have all my trust, if you pick Lanark Village, you are in good hands!

Very expensive place to stay. No assistance included in base price. Any issues and they will try to add $1000 to $1300 for additional care for a rough monthly total payment of $5500. Unaffordable for most. If there's a hospital visit, they will try to refuse to take the resident back unless you pay $1300 more per month. Very greedy corporation and try to guilt and intimate you to pay more. Both managers are very hard to deal with as I was advised by Waterloo region.

I recently needed to find an Assisted Living home for my elderly mother, in a hurry! The staff at Lanark Village was able to make it happen quickly and also their approach and attitude were incredible. Calm and cool with great communication. The room was ready on time without delay. My Mom is enjoying her stay very much ! Many thanks to reception, nursing, and Director, I highly reccomend. Tim

We moved my father into Lanark assisted living a few months ago following the loss my mother, my father’s beloved wife of almost 60 years. Unfortunately my father was unable to safely remain in his home that he loved so we started our search for suitable retirement living settings.
