My Family agreed to put my Mom in this facility. My Mom walked in and was healthy. The first little bit my Mom was healthy and Happy. The people who are paid to watch her and take care of her. Ended up not watching her and apparently my Mother who never fell apparently fell breaking both her Shoulders. This will be my Mothers Demise as she is bed redden for the rest of her life. I went with my friend to visit her grandma and was appalled by how the head staff treated the other staff and residents. The managers were so rude and disrespectful towards some of the aides and PSWs. They had so much attitude towards them even though they weren’t the ones actually caring for the residents at this awful facility. The managers also kept pulling away some of the staff for “work related” meetings while they were actively providing care.
