not so much We were invited into Lanai on a dead night and offered free champagne to dance on tables. We indulged and got out. NO ONE was there... too over-done to be enjoyable.

Won't Go Back The drinks were not worth the penny you have to pay - my cosmo tasted like a fruit punch. The acustics were terrible, but that may be because we sat right infront of the speakers. We went on a Friday night, which should have been a happening night for Lanai... it wasnt. We quickly left after one drink.

This hipper-than-thou outdoor lounge at Fifth and Congress starts simmering after dark as mellow moods are replaced by bopping beats. – In Short Make no mistake. Despite the tropic inspiration, this is no beach bar in the city. With a style that is equal parts Soho, South Beach, Mexico City and Fiji, this covered outdoor patio attracts casual downtown professionals and stylish young head-turners. The entire bar is a covered terrace, furnished with large antique sofa beds, wrought iron chairs and muted cabana flair. Tropical-... read more
