The cabinets are beautiful but unfortunately my experience was very inconvenient. I ordered cabinets two weeks ago. I paid for shipping, cabinets were supposed to arrive within 7days. After a week I called to find out what the issue was and apparently my cabinets were on “hold” and was told I could possibly receive it the following Monday. Called today(Monday) and the cabinets didn’t even arrive to THEIR warehouse. Delayed our project by weeks. so yea 1 star
Such a poorly run business. Glitches in their online purchasing. They hardly answer the phone and when they do they are borderline rude. They don't send instructions with their cabinets so you have to watch a video of a guy 20 feet away that doesn’t show any parts up close. You don’t know what any parts are called that he may mention because there is nothing to refer to… The guy shows that you can take apart rails to install to both sides but I see no way to do that. Excellent quality cabinets!! I was tired of finding flimsy/thin RTA and assembled cabinets at Home Depot- these are sturdy at a great price. There's no written instruction but there's a YouTube video showing you how to build it. I think a novice can definitely put these together- I've only ever built ikea furniture and had no trouble during the assembly process. Very happy and will probably order again for future home projects.
I bought a spice rack, the material is study and nice- but there is absolutely no directions to put the cabinet together!!! I called the company and they said all they have is a poorly made video tutorial. They have no written instructions with pictures of which screws, brackets you are supposed to use! You have to use wood glue to put it together so once you use the pilot holes to put the cabinet sliders on, you cannot fix anything!
