Showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early. 10 mins after my appointment should have started…. Front desk told me Dr hasn’t arrived yet and no estimate on when she would arrive. I booked an appointment with another office.

I wish I can put 0 stars and by looking at the reviews for Lana Tong, it seems a lot of patients have unfortunately had the same terrible experience I have. I came in for an issue I have been dealing with for over a month and needed help, advice, a plan, SOMETHING, but she came in and took a look at my skin for a millisecond and was completely unhelpful. I was expressing some of my concerns and her responses were pretty much figure it out on my own. She did give two suggestions to see an allergist (that would not be able to ... read more

Accompanied my wife to her visit to have a concerning mole checked out and had the worst experience we’ve ever had with a physician. She barely listens, explains nothing, gives you a fake smile the entire time and is clearly trying to leave the room as soon as possible. When asked how big the scar will be from biopsy, she replied “bigger than the mole” without an ounce of effort to explain how she would do the procedure. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would. The Dr did not even look at my skin and spent a total of 55 seconds with me. Not to mention the rude staff. No doctor patient relationship. There are plenty of competent dermatologists in the area, this doctor is not one of them. I advise anybody reading this to go somewhere else. It is clear she does not care about patients and does a poor job.
