I’ve worked for this property manager as a contractor doing repairs and remodel work. Very nice properties. They clearly care about their tenants’ experience, the properties, and having a good working relationship with everyone they deal with. Rich and Sarah are always open to communicating directly with tenants and being directly involved in the process. Great to work with

My building has had multiple maintenance issues the entire time that I've lived here. They appear to be trying to sell the building and have suddenly become interested in trying to fix them all at once. They've asked to come into my apartment with less than 24 hours notice a dozen or so times over the last month. At times they've tried to come in without masks on and have seemed surprised that someone was home. I'm attempting to work from home and have asked them a couple times to not come during meetings that I had schedule... read more
