I’ve had some good experience here but after this last time I don’t think I’ll be going back. I just wanted some nails removed that Yvonne had worked on 2 weeks ago. I hate to say this but it seemed like she put her hair stylist on removing my nails? Extremely nice lady but was not impressed with the technique. She nicked my nail beds and then put acetone on them, excruciating pain. I understand I was a walk in, but if you don’t have time for me, don’t take me in. Extremely disappointed I hardly get my nails done and thought to treat my self on Mother’s Day ( mani gel + pedi regular ). I didn’t initially like how my nails turned out the first time so I went back the next day and they offered to fix which I really appreciate bc the shape and coating was uneven. Unfortunately it’s now a week later and my pedi is chipping which is obvious on a few toes and my mani gel is lifting in a few spots. Upset I paid about $95 for this quality.
