Dr. Lem diagnosed my condition(s) and fully explained treatment options. She was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. This doctor clearly knows a great deal about feet. She gave very good explanations and guided me through selection of orthotics. I recommend that patients record their visit because at least in my case, there was a lot to hear and digest. I left the visit with confidence in the diagnosis and the recommended next steps.
She diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis without looking at, nor palpating the bottom of my foot. Moreover, she looked at the insert in my shoe and confirmed that it was a good one without touching it or looking at the manufacturer. If I had done this as a paramedic, I would have been fired. Terrible physician technique.
