We had such a wonderful experience selling with Lana and would recommend her to anyone! She's smart, fun, savvy, and responsible. Our home sold at asking price and in under the average timeline, and our transaction itself was smooth. And importantly, at each step of the way, she could help us understand what we were looking at (having never sold a home before, even discerning differences between offers was unknown to us.) We needed her expertise, her partnership, and her marketing. 10/10 would sell with again.

Lana was amazing from first speaking/teaching the real estate agent section of a first time homebuyers course and was amazing all the way through closing. I’m not sure how many years she has been selling/buying houses but she brings a lot of experience to the table. As a buyer agent I can tell you that she has your best interests and is not trying to sell you the most expensive house you can afford. Lana is very good at what she does. She stays on top of the market and her advertising skills are on point. I trusted her with the selling of my home and she did not disappoint right up until the unexpected extended end. I highly recommend her if you want to get the job done.
