Very poor customer service. Requested two large gas lanterns and even showed them a pic of the house and where they were going to be placed. They sold me two 22” long lanterns. When the lanterns arrived and the plumber held them up to the house, they were way too short. After a month of going back and forth with them regarding returning them (and I was even going to order larger ones from them which also cost much more), they said I had to pay a 30% restock fee! Very poor customer service! August 18, 2023 I ordered some specialty light bulbs through this studio and was told that I would receive a call when the bulbs came in. August 29th I had not hear anything from the studio so I called asking if the lights bulbs were in and if not when the estimated arrival day would be. The person who answered the phone stated that they would be in that Thursday which would have been the 31st of August, and that I would recieve a call to pick them up. Incredible service! It was a pleasure working with Jeremy and Tiffany when picking out the right lighting for our new home. They were always responsive when we had a question or requested an update on deliveries. I will be a returning customer for a long time!
